Shipping & Returns
Tillman Speed Inc. makes every effort to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. Most in-stock items are shipped to you as quickly as we can process the order. Transit times vary from 5 to 7 business days depending on the shipping carrier. If you wish to estimate how quickly your package is going to arrive, please remember to take into consideration the number of days required for Tillman Speed Inc. to process your order in addition to the number of days required for UPS to deliver your package. From time to time we may experience a backorder on certain items in our warehouse. Many of the items you see listen on our page are in stock, and some are not. We may choose to ship the item from the manufacturer directly to your address in order to save time and eliminate any unneccessary days in transit or processing. Any extra dropship fees or associated costs will be the responsibility of Tillman Speed Inc. assuming the item was NOT marked "Back-ordered", "Special Order", or "Out-of-stock". In cases of special orders, this can typically add 1-4 days onto the delivery time, depending on the manufacturer, the day the order was placed on our site, and finally the time the order was placed. You will be kept up to date with any shipping information and tracking numbers during this process. Please understand it is physically impossible for us to stock EVERY item you see on our website at all times. We offer this as a service to our customer so instead of only seeing a portion of the parts that you'd like to have, you get to see the entire line!
Shipping Rates and Policies
Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We shall not be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery addresses given to us at the time of your order. We do ship worldwide, but please be advised international orders are taken via phone to ensure a smooth transaction. All international orders will be shipped via the most cost affective route. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Tillman Speed will handle certificate of origin, hazardous materials and any other associated shipping documentation. Return Policy
Tillman Speed Inc. offers a 15 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee based on manufacturer return policies otherwise all purchases are final. No product will be accepted as a return without a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by Tillman Speed Inc. verbally over the phone or via email communication. Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, UNINSTALLED OR UN-MOUNTED with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals & accessories. Certain products cannot be returned after removal from the packaging, whether installed or not. (e.g. Pinch-sealed plastic display packaging, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. Tillman Speed Inc. recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number provided by Tillman Speed Inc. will be refused and returned back to the origin address.
Cancellations (Pre-Shipment)
All Cancellations prior to us shipping the items, if authorized, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please keep in mind this 10% cancellation fee just barely covers our credit card processing fees and administrative fees. Any packages that have been entered into the UPS manifest and have an origin or departure scan cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and the return rules in the paragraph above will apply. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances. Cancellations and returns will NOT be authorized over email or internet communication. Please call and speak directly to one of our sales or technical support agents to cancel your order.
Defective or Warranty Item Returns
All warranty claims are made directly with the manufacturer as if the product was purchased directly from the manufacturer. If you need the manufacturer's phone number or have any problems with the manufacturer honoring the warranty, then you can contact a Tillman Speed Inc. representative for help with the matter. Defective Items, Warranty Items and all related returns will be accepted for credit, replacement or exchange within 15 days of delivery to the customer with reference to the return policy above. Some manufacturers do not offer a warranty on ANY of their parts since their parts are built to be used and abused in performance/racing applications. All parts sold by Tillman Speed are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims are subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims or exchanges. All parts purchased through Tillman Speed Inc. are for racing or off-road use only, unless clearly noted otherwise, and should never be used on public highways or streets. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will try and be fair and assist you through any warranty process, but please keep in mind we do not make most of the products we sell! We pride ourselves on carrying only the highest of quality performance parts in the industry in order to keep Defective and Warranty items to a minimum. Sometimes the process is just alot easier to deal directly with the manufacturer of the defective item, as they can extend their services in order to correct the situation. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number provided by Tillman Speed Inc. will be refused and returned back to the origin address.
Truck Freight and Special/Custom Order Items
Some items on our website are too large to ship UPS ground and will have to be shipped via truck freight. This may add a few business days to the delivery time. You will be kept up to date on the status of your shipments at all times. Special order items, custom made items, custom colored items and any non-stocking custom tailored item or custom tuning is NOT refundable and all sales are final.
Fraud
All attempts to purchase merchandise from us in a fraudulent manner will be reported to your local authorities including all Federal agencies. We use Authorize.net Payment Verification Services on our secure server, collect Credit Card CVV codes and use address verification. In the event that we find your order to be falsely fraudulent or suspicious, additional communication may be required.
